Note: we are not running Sunday morning sessions for the time being.

We usually do a guided mindfulness meditation. Occasionally we’ll sit in silence or do a lovingkindness practice. Sessions run for 30-45 minutes.

How to join us

These sessions are held at a private home. So we need to know if you’re coming to ensure we’ll have enough space. Call Dey Alexander on 0419 556470 if you’re coming for the first time.

There is no charge to attend.
