Next group sits

We usually do a guided mindfulness meditation. Occasionally we’ll sit in silence or do a lovingkindness practice. Sessions run for 30-45 minutes.

These sessions are held at a private home. So we need to know if you’re coming to ensure we’ll have enough space.
