We are now holding meditation groups online, and from 23 March we’re offering a daily sitting.

All sits will be guided mindfulness practices, except for Wednesday and Sunday mornings which will be silent.

You’re welcome to join us on Facebook Live at the dates and times below.

Schedule

  • Mondays at 7.30pm
  • Tuesdays at 9.00pm
  • Wednesday at 6.30am
  • Thursdays at 9.00pm
  • Fridays at 7.30pm
  • Saturdays at 2.00pm
  • Sundays at 10.00am

Finding the livestream on Facebook

To find us, go to our Facebook page a few minutes before the scheduled starting time. We’ll go online 5-10 minutes early so you have time to find us.
