We may not be able to sit in the same room, but we can still support each other’s practice.
Join us for a 30-minute silent meditation, held most Wednesdays (but taking a break for most of June and part of July – see dates below).
The stream starts at 6.15 am with some music. So you’ll have time to find us, grab your cushion, and get settled for a 6.30am (Melbourne time) start.
During the stream you’ll see vision of our meditation space. We ring a mindfulness bell every 5 minutes. And you may hear the random sounds of the morning from where we’re streaming. At the end of the session, we’ll ring the bell 3 times.
