Meditation online


We’ve now moved all our meditation groups online. The Wednesday morning silent meditations will continue, as outlined below. But see our meditation group page for daily session times.

Wednesdays @ 6.30am

We may not be able to sit in the same room, but we can still support each other’s practice.

Join us for a 30-minute silent meditation, held online via Facebook Live.

The stream starts at around 6.20 am with some music. So you’ll have time to find us, grab your cushion, and get settled for a 6.30am (Melbourne time) start.

During the stream you’ll see vision of our meditation space. We ring a mindfulness bell every 5 minutes. And you may hear the random sounds of the morning from where we’re streaming. At the end of the session, we’ll ring the bell 3 times.
