New Year’s Eve
Om chant and meditation
Let’s bid 2019 farewell and welcome the new year with a chant and a meditation, via Facebook Live (or come along in person if you’re in Kyabram).
We’ll start a live stream about 15 minutes before midnight (AEDT, Melbourne time) with a few minutes’ of silent reflection. Then we’ll listen to a beautiful Om chant, and you’re welcome to sing along.
At 12 midnight we’ll welcome the new year with a 30-minute silent meditation (with mindfulness bells so you’ll know you’re still connected to the livestream).
All welcome. You’ll find the livestream on our Facebook page. And if you’d like to attend in person (in Kyabram), please call Dey on 0419 556470.
Wednesdays @ 6.30 am AEST
We may not be able to sit in the same room, but we can still support each other’s practice.
Join us for a 30-minute silent meditation, held most Wednesdays.
The stream starts at around 6.20 am with some music. So you’ll have time to find us, grab your cushion, and get settled for a 6.30am (Melbourne time) start.
During the stream you’ll see vision of our meditation space. We ring a mindfulness bell every 5 minutes. And you may hear the random sounds of the morning from where we’re streaming. At the end of the session, we’ll ring the bell 3 times.
Next sessions will be announced after the Christmas break.
How to join us
Fire up Facebook on your phone, tablet or computer. Go to our Facebook page where you should be able to see the live stream. You may need to scroll up and down the page a little for the stream to show up.
